Flex Radio Interview Agreement

FLEX RADIO ARTIST INTERVIEW AGREEMENT

This Agreement is entered by and between flexradio.bi ("FLEX RADIO") and:

Undersigned Artist/Stage Name

1. Purpose

This agreement confirms the Artist's appearance on FLEX RADIO for a paid promotional interview to be aired live and/or pre-recorded on www.flexradio.bi and affiliated digital platforms.

2. Promotional Sponsorship Pack

The Artist agrees to purchase a non-refundable FLEXRadio Promo Pack to secure a slot on FLEX RADIO.
Payment must be made at least 48 hours before the interview.
Payment methods: CashApp, PayPal, or other method confirmed by station staff.

3. FLEX RADIO Will Provide

A live or pre-recorded interview hosted by a FLEX RADIO personality.
Promotion of the interview on FLEX RADIO’s social media and website.
Additional Airplay of 1-2 artist "single" tracks.
Replay of the segment (upon request).

4. Artist Responsibilities

Submit payment, music (MP3 format), artist bio, and promo photo at least 72 hours prior to the interview.
Be on time and ready at the scheduled time.
Maintain professionalism and follow station conduct guidelines (no hate speech, etc.).

5. Rights & Usage

FLEX RADIO has the right to record, broadcast, archive, and reuse the interview content for promotional purposes.
The Artist may share the interview on their personal and promotional platforms.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled one time without an additional fee.
No-shows or late cancellations will forfeit the donation and may impact future scheduling.

7. Acknowledgment

By signing below, the Artist confirms they understand and agree to all terms of this promotional interview agreement with FLEX RADIO.
